Our hire conditions are fair and reasonable and aimed at ensuring every customer receives clean, safe equipment.

1. All items (including BBQ's Gas & Wood) must be returned in a clean condition to avoid additional cleaning charges.

2. Hire items are not insured.

3. The hirer is responsible for loss, damage or breakage of all items hired on collected goods until returned or on delivered goods until collected.

4. Orders are checked when packed and any damage or shortage will incur a charge.

5. Please notify immediately any shortage on delivery.

6. A deposit is charged on all items collected from our store and refunded when the order has been checked.

7. Erectors of marquees must be pre-informed of location of water, sewerage or gas pipes, reticulation systems, clothes hoist, telephone cables and all other underground systems accurately. No responsibility will be taken for damage incurred (if any).

8. No wood fires or BBQ's inside marquee or in close proximity.

9. Late returns will be charged for.

10. Rates are for one hire only.

11. Delivery and collection are extra.

12. Prices are subject to change without notice.

13. Prices include Sate Rental Duty.

14. Prices include GST.
